WALNUT – While recently released state figures show a drop in the unemployment rate in the county, city officials are seeking to help the city’s 900 unemployed residents find jobs.

Walnut will be hosting a job expo from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. today at the Walnut Senior Center, 21215 La Puente Road.
